Rentees must understand & agree that they shall bear & assume full responsibility to the Owner for the risk of any loss or damage to the Rental Listing as a result of a theft and/or disappearance of any unattended Listing, including theft or any other space, up to the Replacement Value of the Listing as displayed on the Listing at the time.
